1.Goal difference 2. Most scored goals 3. Play off matches.

1.Play Offs for Ch.Lg QF: 2-5 & 3-4, winners play together for the Ch.Lg QF spot.The other 3 teams will play for UEFA CUP.
2.Play Offs for INTERTOTO: (a)6-9 & 7-8, winners play together for Intertoto spot.
(b)10-13 & 11-12, winners will play for a position against a team from (a) for another Intertoto spot.
3.Play Outs: Teams 16 & 17 from Div.1 together with 8 teams from Div.2 will play best of 3 in three rounds for two spots in Div.1.
