6. Goal difference from all matches.
7. Most goals from all matches.
8. Most goals from away matches.
9. Fair play ranking.

The teams FLORA TALLINN II, FCI LEVADIA II, TALLINNA KALEV II and KALJU NOMME II are ineligible for promotion.

FC SANTOS TARTU quits the league next season.
