Teams meet each other four times during the season.
The FA CUP winner participates in UEFA Europa League.
In the event of a points tie the following will apply:
1. Points from matches between teams.
2. Goal difference from matches between teams.
3. Most goals for from matches between teams.
4. Goal difference from all matches.
5. Most goals for from all matches.

FLORA TALLINN II, FCI LEVADIA II and TAMMEKA TARTU II are ineligible for promotion to Meistriliiga.

K-JARVE JK JARVE -3 Pts. (Federation decision).

After 27 games the teams are separated into two groups (top six and bottom four) and will play three more games. The 5th and 6th placed teams will play additional match between them if there is opportunity to change their places in the table.
