Top team in first Group enters UEFA Champions Lg, second to UEFA Europa Conference League, whilst third one has additional game with the 7th placed team in UEFA Europa Conference League Play Off for another spot in UEFA Europa Conference League. Bottom two teams in Relegation Play Off Group relegate, whilst 12th placed team has additional game with the 3rd team of the lower division.
FA CUP winner qualifies for the UEFA Europa Conference League.
In the event of a points tie the following will apply:
1. Points from matches between teams.
2. Goal difference from matches between teams.
3. Most goals for from matches between teams.
4. Goal difference from all matches.
5. Most goals for from all matches.
